They had availability on the same day, had no issue with me supplying the unit (and also did not up-charge if they supplied the unit, offering the retail price from a local shop). They were up front on the labour cost and expected time to do the job, arrived when they said they would, did the job and were in and out in around 2 hours. Hot water is working perfectly. Zero complaints from me and wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend this business again.
